|Join our credit union family as the newest member of our team! We are looking for someone who has an energetic, outgoing personality and has a love for serving others. The job will require you to handle member services, all aspects of lending, share the responsibly of teller transactions, and other office duties. |
|•Will be responsible for all aspects of lending for consumer loans, home equity loans and lines of credit. This includes inputting applications, making underwriting decisions, delivering credit decisions, booking loans, and servicing loans that are in repayment.|
•Be familiar with rules and regulations with regards to all types of lending products.
•Must be able to assist members with service questions regarding mortgages, student loans and credit cards.
•Ability to properly identify credit issues, fraud, and/or other associated lending risks.
•Will be responsible for all aspects of opening and servicing checking accounts, debit cards, certificates, and savings accounts.
•Will be responsible for sharing coverage of teller transactions. Performing these transactions efficiently and accurately, including balancing all cash and non-cash items.
•Leverage all available resources to answer questions and solve problems independently.
•Take ownership of issues and collaborate with other team members whenever challenges arise.
•Strive to establish a personal connection with each member while maintaining a friendly, warm, and inviting environment. This involves actively listening to the members and make suggestions for products or services that fit their needs.
•Deliver exceptional member service when processing various account requests, while consistently communicating with the member throughout the entire process.
