|Our Information Technology department is Growing!!! This position will work out of our 1187 Troy Schenectady Road, Administrative office in Latham. |
|The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the daily operational phases related to Sunmark Federal Credit Union’s Information Technology (IT) environment, and to serve as the initial support contact for all IT issues. This position will also assist in all aspects of; supporting all endpoint devices, application installations, configuration management, security settings, documentation, phone system and basic network troubleshooting.|
|The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associates degree or higher with prior helpdesk/service desk type role with data processing systems and associated software. College or certification level courses in the following areas will be considered Desktop Imaging, Computer Peripherals, Servicedesk Support and Windows OS is preferred. Must have strong attention to detail, demonstrate effective problem solving skills as well as have excellent customer service ability to communicate clearly with a courteous manner.|

Turbine Department’s Federal Credit Union. In 1997, to reflect the broader member base, the Credit Union changed its name to Sunmark.
