Our Call Center in Latham, is looking for a new team member. The primary purpose of this position is to interviews loan applicants to inform members of current rates, policy requirements, and the lending services offered by the credit union. Receives and underwrites loan applications. Reviews, evaluates, and renders decisions on loans. Ensures that all loan applications are thoroughly reviewed, including credit bureau reports, with the intent of maximizing approval options, including cross-sell opportunities. Communicate decision to branch personnel or member.
Competitive hourly wage plus an incentive program based on attainment of sales goals.
Call Center Business Hours: (Must have availability to work within the hours listed)
Monday, Tuesday 8-5pm, Wednesday 8/9:30-5pm, Thursday & Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 9-1pm.
|The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1yr banking experience with demonstrated sales ability. Excellent communication skills a must. Prior experience with lending/reviewing credit reports preferred. |
