|Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager who is looking to help grow the credit union. Saratogaís Credit Union was founded in 1945 and we are located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. If you live and play in Saratoga, it is time to work downtown too.|
The ideal candidate should enjoy business development related efforts, find value in attending various Chamber and community related events. The Branch Manager is responsible for motivating and encouraging staff development through leading by example and developing a positive sales environment designed to help our memberís best interests.
Consumer and/or mortgage lending experience is required as the Branch Manager will support and oversee the lending efforts at the credit union including the application process, the approval process, funding and servicing of the credit unionís loan portfolio.

|Skills, Abilities and Qualities|
Thorough knowledge of branch operations to coordinate the daily functioning of the branch and to resolve employee and member problems. The interpersonal skills necessary to conduct business development calls to businesses, and select groups of members or potential members. Friendly, accurate, detail oriented, knowledgeable, hardworking, honest and dependable. A bachelorís degree in business with an emphasis on sales or marketing, five years of progressively responsible experience within a financial institution; two years of small business loan origination, underwriting, and servicing experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience necessary to gain the background knowledge to manage a full service branch and deal effectively with members and co-workers.
