|Aspiring Financial Advisor|
The aspiring financial advisor is responsible for serving as a role model and demonstrating individual commitment to Northern’s Ownership philosophy by maintaining a positive attitude, high energy, creativity and passion for member service. The key individual will serve as the liaison between the Advisors and the clients by directing the flow of business and serving as the main point of contact for the clients while providing exemplary customer service through prompt and courteous response to incoming client phone calls and request via telephone, email, or in writing. The individual will also provide administrative support for advisor/client meetings; as well as establish and maintain client records utilizing multiple software applications. They will develop a partnership with the marketing team to create, track and report NFS efforts and play an active role in representing NFS in business development activities to include dinners, Select Employer Group visits, etc.
|The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication and time management skills. The position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently, a high level of professionalism and confidentiality; as well as an ability to work independently. The individual must have a 2 year college degree, 4 year college education preferred, with the desire and aspiration to develop into a financial advisor. This individual will also be required to obtain a notary status. |
