Description: | Service Professional
Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with members and potential members to achieve sales goals and provide quality member service. Open deposit accounts, take loan applications, respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities. Support other employees in sales efforts. Salary is $15 per hour to start. | Qualifications: | | High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 1 year related customer service and/or hospitality experience. Prior financial institution experience is preferred. |
