We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded, customer service oriented applicant and strongly prefer applicants with prior call center experience.
This position will provide outstanding member service over the phone and in person and provide product and service information to assist in the expansion of our member relationships.
Qualifications required:

- 3+ years experience in high-volume call center/sales/customer contact position.
- Previous experience in a financial institution a plus
- Outstanding phone skills and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Outstanding communication skills; listening, verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Must be enthusiastic, have a positive outlook and the ability to motivate members and coworkers
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
