The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. They will be responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Service Center which include staffing, scheduling, monitoring and training. Ensuring exceptional member service levels in order to meet goals is required. The candidate should be enthusiastic and professional with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate staff. The ability to work independently in their leadership role is necessary. This individual will facilitate staff meetings to communicate operational, organizational and product changes and should be motivated to ensure low abandon phone call rates.
A college degree is preferred plus three to five years experience in the supervision of a Call Center; or a comparable combination of education and experience. Previous Financial or banking experience a plus. Excellent communication skills are a must and experience using call accounting software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
