HHFCU offers an excellent environment where your contributions can make a difference. HHFCU is accepting resumes for our Branch Manager position. The ideal candidate will provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, and development of new accounts.
Qualified applicants will be responsible for the management and overall supervision of the Newburgh Branch and its’ staff. As well as, but not limited to, the development of new business through referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
Individual will be responsible for motivating sales staff to meet/exceed established branch goals/objectives through effective coaching and mentoring on all aspects of cross-selling and member service.
Qualified applicant will possess Bachelors’ Degree in a related Business field of study or equivalent paid work experience. 3+ years experience as a Branch Manager/Business Development; or a comparable combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of business development, management principles and excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Experience using PC based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and intranet/webpage software etc.
