Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union has been chartered since May 18, 1936. We are a community chartered Credit Union who serves anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attend school in Nassau County. Duties: |
We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will use their sales leadership skills and operational expertise to provide excellent member service and state-of-the-art opportunities for our members while they grow the branch. The candidate will also use their impeccable management style to lead, train and motivate their staff.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all branch operations and all branch employees. This person will be required to coach and direct their employees while building a highly motivated team. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring branch sales growth and member retention. Minimum of 3 years financial institution management experience with superior IRA knowledge.
Exemplary leadership, proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams, and strong decision-making skills to assist in discovering members’ needs and handling personnel issues. .
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding member service, achieving both member satisfaction and retention.
Ability to analyze member's needs and recognize service opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

Qualifications: |
4 year college degree and a minimum of three years branch management experience. eeo.m/f/v/h.
